About Adi Kailash Om Parvat Yatra 8 days/7 Night

Adi Kailash and Om Parvat are two important pilgrimage sites located in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. The Adi Kailash and Om Parvat Yatra is a trekking expedition that takes devotees and adventure enthusiasts to these holy sites.
Adi Kailash is located in the district of Pithoragarh and is considered to be one of the five Kailash peaks. It is believed to be the abode of Lord Shiva and is an important pilgrimage site for Shaivites. The trek to Adi Kailash is a challenging one that takes about 20 days to complete. The trek passes through rugged terrain, dense forests, and high-altitude mountain passes.
Om Parvat, also known as Adi Kailash South, is located in the same region as Adi Kailash and is also considered to be a sacred peak. It is famous for the natural rock formation that resembles the sacred Hindu symbol "Om". The trek to Om Parvat is relatively shorter and takes about 8-10 days to complete.
The Adi Kailash and Om Parvat Yatra is a unique combination of adventure and spirituality. It offers trekkers an opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the region while also connecting with their spiritual side. However, it is important to note that the trek is challenging and requires a good level of physical fitness and acclimatization to the high altitude.
Best Time to Visit Adi Kailash Om Parvat Trek
The best time to visit Adi Kailash and Om Parvat for trekking is during the summer months of May to June and the post-monsoon months of September to October. During these months, the weather is generally clear and the skies are blue, providing excellent views of the surrounding mountains.
